1. Purpose
These Booking Conditions govern the booking of the tourist accommodation Villa Amarilla Golf, located in Amarilla Golf, San Miguel de Abona (Tenerife).
By making a booking through this website, the guest declares that they have read, understood and fully accepted these conditions.
2. Price and stay
The standard price of the accommodation is €475 per night.
During the period between December 23 and January 7, as well as during Easter, the price will be €595 per night.
The minimum stay is 6 nights, with no maximum stay limit.
The price includes accommodation for a maximum of 6 people and 1 baby.
No supplements will be applied for the number of guests provided the maximum authorised capacity is not exceeded.
All prices include applicable taxes.
3. Final cleaning
Final cleaning is mandatory and costs €150, which must be paid directly to the owner in cash, unless another payment method is expressly indicated.
4. Payment method
To confirm the booking, it will be necessary to pay 30% of the total amount at the time of booking.
The remaining 70% must be paid three days before the arrival date, via the link or payment system provided by the owner.
The booking will be confirmed once the initial 30% payment has been received. The second payment must be made within the indicated timeframe to maintain the booking.
If the outstanding amount is not paid within the established timeframe, the owner may cancel the booking, and the conditions set out in the Cancellation Policy will apply.
5. Arrival and departure
Check-in
Between 12:00 and 21:00.
Arrivals outside these hours may incur a supplement of €100.
Check-out
By 12:00 on the day of departure.
6. Pets
Pets are only allowed with the owner’s prior authorisation.
If accepted, the owner may set specific conditions or request additional guarantees to ensure the proper condition of the property during the stay.
7. Children and babies
Children of any age are allowed.
The property has a cot and high chair, at no additional cost and subject to availability.
8. Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be communicated through the booking platform or directly to the owner.
The following conditions will apply:
- Up to 30 days before the arrival date (inclusive): free cancellation, with a full refund of the amounts paid.
- Less than 30 days before the arrival date: the guest must pay 100% of the total booking amount.
- In the event of no-show (No Show): 100% of the total booking amount will also be charged.
9. Deposit or damage guarantee
On arrival, a cash deposit of €300 will be requested to cover any damage caused during the stay.
At the end of the stay, once the proper condition of the property has been verified, the deposit will be returned within a maximum of 48 hours, using the same method agreed with the guest, provided there is no damage or incidents that justify its total or partial retention.
10. Use of the property
Guests undertake to:
- Use the property and all its facilities responsibly.
- Respect the neighbours’ rest.
- Not exceed the maximum authorised occupancy.
- Not hold parties or events without the owner’s express authorisation.
- Keep the property in good condition throughout the stay.
- Be responsible for any damage caused by improper use of the facilities.
- Allow access to the staff responsible for garden and pool maintenance, approximately once a week, with prior notice of between 24 and 48 hours.
- Inform the owner of any breakdown, incident or damage occurring during the stay, in order to facilitate repair as soon as possible and minimise any inconvenience.
Breach of conditions
Serious breach of these conditions may lead to early termination of the stay, with no right to a refund of the amounts paid, where such breach affects the safety of the property, its facilities or the neighbours’ rest.
11. Liability
The owner will not be liable for the loss, theft or damage of guests’ personal belongings during their stay.
Likewise, the owner will not be liable for temporary interruptions to supplies (water, electricity, internet or similar) when they are due to causes beyond their control or actions by utility companies.
12. Data protection
The personal data provided during the booking process will be processed in accordance with current data protection regulations and used exclusively for managing the booking and complying with the legal obligations arising from the provision of the service.

13. Applicable law
These Booking Conditions shall be governed by Spanish law.
For any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these conditions, the parties submit to the competent Courts and Tribunals in accordance with current regulations.
14. Acceptance of the conditions
Making a booking implies the guest’s express acceptance of these Booking Conditions.
15. Force majeure
Villa Amarilla Golf will not be liable for the inability to provide the service when this is due to force majeure circumstances or circumstances beyond its control, such as extreme weather events, fires, administrative restrictions, health emergencies, general supply outages or other unforeseeable events. In such cases, both parties will act in good faith to seek the most appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law.
